Today is a new moon. I have been waiting for a day like today and a moment like this to remind me all is connected. It's a sign of new beginnings.

NEW MOON Ritual

"As human beings we conduct spiritual ceremonies in order to create respite for our most complicated feelings of joy or trauma, just so we do not have to carry those feelings around with us forever, dragging us away from the present. If you believe in rituals to mark a special event, then the NEW MOON - only moments from perfect alignment - is a great opportunity to make up a ceremony all of your own to celebrate the jewel of infinity in a single moment. Your meditation can become a devise, by which you can repair your own, broken-down neural and emotional systems with all the resourcefulness of a handyman. 
 
So... 
Sit somewhere peaceful.  
Purposely, begin to deeply breathe your Self back into your center.  
Feel your mind and spirit come together, in complete alignment with your upright body, 
just as the Earth & Moon & Sun have each become aligned 
to the vast, infinitely starry heavens above. 
Bring your being into complete stillness... 
Allow yourself to sit, allowing spirit to reach you, help you formulate a clear intention upon what your heart & soul deeply designs for you. 
Accept that you must soon launch into action, follow through with the intent 
into the area that does most strongly resonate 
through you, 
for you, 
and all around you.
